Informative, stimulating and extremely well structured, ‘Futures’ provides your students with the vital life skills needed to prepare them for further education and the world of work. The workshop takes place in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere and is delivered by our expert tutors in easily assimilated modules. Invaluable!

• Actively develop vital life, study and communication skills
• Build confidence to apply enterprise learning to other subjects in the curriculum
• Produce quality work both as individuals and as part of a team

How It Works

Workshops are engaging, highly practical and include plenty of interactive role play and peer and tutor feedback. Subject areas are flexible and include: Communication and Presentation Skills, Interview Techniques, CV Writing Hints and Tips, Persuasive Writing, Customer Service Key Skills, Study Skills, Careers and Customer Excellence.

The content of a full day gives you the flexibility of choosing four out of the seven modules, tailoring the day to the requirements of your students. The day is led by CragRats tutors. The teacher’s role is to act as a facilitator. You don’t need to be an expert to take part, and you’ll also have some fun! On successful completion and for a small additional fee, students receive a certificate accredited by City & Guilds.
