Facilitated Training

Facilitated learning allows delegates to take active control of their own learning process.

It works on the principle that the more responsibility delegates take for their own development, the more powerful the learning experience. In contrast to trainer-led programmes, it is a learning style that involves the facilitator stepping back from an explicitly directorial role.

Facilitated learning allows delegates to identify and develop their own learning goals, with the facilitator working with delegates as a closely supportive, organisational, yet largely hands-off resource.

Learners interact with and learn from, each other. In the process they identify problems and formulate their own responses as to the best ways of moving forward. Facilitated Learning with CragRats is different.

Unlike conventional facilitated training, a CragRats facilitated learning programme draws on a powerful synthesis of multimedia tools and techniques to deliver key messages and learning points with maximum impact and delegate involvement. A typical programme involves a dynamic mix of interactive workshops, e-learning and cutting-edge video. Programmes are interactive, informative and, most importantly, they work.
